If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee or exchange (minus shipping costs).  If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please CONTACT US to return the unused portion of your product within 30 days of purchase.


Please carefully inspect your order when it arrives. If you notice any damage to the packaging of your order, please make a note of this when signing for delivery. If you notice any damage to your product or merchandise, have mistakenly received the wrong item, or would like to submit a return or exchange for any other reason, please promptly CONTACT US and provide a detailed description including (1) the reason for your return or exchange; (2) your order number; and (3) the product(s) or merchandise that you are returning/exchanging. If requesting a refund, payment will be refunded via the same payment method used when submitting your order, minus any shipping charges and applicable restocking/inventory fees. If your product or merchandise was damaged during shipment, we will request photos of the packaging and damaged item so that we can process an insurance claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

Once your order placed, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Once your order and payment have processed, it will be sent to our warehouse to be picked, packed, and shipped.


Orders are processed via an online, automated platform and are generally processed by our warehouse the same business day when placed before 3pm CST, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Tracking information will be sent via e-mail within 24-hours of your order leaving our warehouse.

Most U.S. customers should expect to receive their orders within 2-5 business days when choosing standard shipping (USPS Priority Mail®) at checkout. We rely on customers to provide their correct billing, contact, and shipping information to ensure on-time delivery. Any potential errors in shipping or billing information may cause a delay in shipping time. Customers are solely responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to inaccurate or incomplete information submitted at checkout. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days after placing your order, please CONTACT US.


Do to the volume of orders we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that a product you purchased will be in-stock by the time your order is processed. While we do our best to monitor inventory levels throughout the day, if an item you purchased has gone out-of-stock or must be placed on back-order, you will be notified via e-mail within 24-hours with further details.


If, for any reason, you need to change or cancel your order, please promptly CONTACT US so that we can review your request. Please keep in mind that orders are typically processed the same business day and once your order has been processed, it can no longer be modified.


Domestic orders from are eligible for standard or expedited shipping services. All orders under $75 shipped within the continental U.S. are subject to a $9 flat-rate charge for standard shipping. All orders over $75 shipped within the continental U.S. qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited and international shipping rates are subject to the shipping carrier’s standard shipping rates.


Transform Supplements ships throughout the world; however, we are not responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, tax, handling, customs, or any other charges or fees required by your country for importing products or merchandise from our website. We do not collect any of these applicable fees beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the additional costs associated with your order. These charges may vary by country; please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If customs fees or other charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will receive a refund to your original payment method, minus shipping costs. International orders may take longer to deliver due to customs delays.
